Care Levels

There are a variety of Care Levels available that are intended to support each resident and their specific unique need. (note that rent is in addition to these care levels).  Upon moving to The Willows, our Registered Nurse will perform an assessment of the abilities and deficiencies and determine the level of care necessary.  The level of care may change from time to time at the discretion of the nurse and will be effectively communicated with the family or responsible parties.
