Services Available

As an independent resident at Vernon Terrace, your apartment and your choices, are YOURS.  We do offer suggestions of vendors and service providers that we have learned to trust and have built relationships with for your convenience.  Our contracted home care provider can provide services to an Independent Living apartment for as little as 1 hour per day to 24 hours per day on short term notice to assist with almost anything.  The services range from housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping to services of a Home Health Aide to provide personal care assistance if your needs begin to change.  

Vernon Terrace also has a private luxury bus for our residents to attend grocery stores, doctor’s appointments, outings, and religious activities to allow every resident the ability to enjoy all of what Edina has to offer.  

The Salon is located on the first floor of the building, boasting several chairs and a cosmetologist who has been with us for over 10 years.  The Salon community serves as a place to receive the many benefits of hairstyling and social interaction.  Appointments can be made on an individual or recurring basis, depending on personal preference.
